Quaint, fairly clean place, everything was very good, including staff and food. We loved our room that was cleaned and available with bathroom, a king size bed plus lovely view. The restaurant was good with freshly cooked meals.

A minimal hotel with amiable staff and a tasty breakfast. Prime location relatively near brighton theatre royal. Good customer care too.

the bed was cozy, so we had an awesome stay. efficient location, amazing restaurant, cool staff and great decor. 5 min walk to the heart of brighton. tiny room, good bathroom. liked the english breakfast there. the pool was heated and the garden - lovely.

Everything there was good and the staff were phenomenal. The bedroom was big, enjoyed it. Fresh and healthy cakes, pastries, yoghourt, eggs and cheese.

The staff are absolutely perfect, and the breakfast is delightful. It's not too far from Lucky Beach, I tried nice desserts there...

Clean place and phenomenal location. Really polite staff of the property. The food was affordable, for breakfast we had cereals, eggs, cakes, meats and cheese. Such a very positive experience.
